EXPOSURE TIME
Remember that you are exposing parts of
your body not normally exposed to sunlight which are therefore
likely to be more sensitive to ultraviolet light. If in any
doubt, try a shortened session at first to prevent burning
or discomfort.
You should consult your doctor before using
tanning equipment if:
- You have ever had any skin condition,
allergy, cataract, heart condition, fits, faints, migraine,
diabetes, high or low blood pressure or circulatory disorders
- You are currently taking any medicines
(in particular tranquilisers / antibiotics / anti-tubercular
drugs / anti-depressants or anti-fungal agents)
- You have undergone a course of radiation
treatment
- You have any reason to believe that you
are pregnant or are taking the oral contraceptive
- Persistent lumps, sores or pigmented
moles appear on the skin
